I didn't even realize we were supposed to get snow this morning.
But there it was!
Not a ton, and certainly not enough to call off school, but fun :)
So while the big kids were off at school Addie & I went outside to have a little fun!
It wasn't good packing snow so no snowman. Boo!!
And I'm so thankful for my neighbor that took his snowblower down the entire sidewalk. Cause I really didn't feel like shoveling it!
We've had some cold temps and some days with lots of fog (which is why some of the photos have a bluish tint). We get it more so up where I live since we're up higher. So usually on the super foggy days I notice it subside as I'm driving down the hill to run to the store, do errands, etc.
We haven't had much snow which is kind of a bummer for the kids. And the frost/ice/cold temps, while sometimes annoying (usually when I'm running late and forget that I have to heat up my car in the morning!), sure does make the trees, grass & plants look pretty cool :)
So while it's cold outside, you can find me out in the garage with my heater running, doing lots and lots of painting!
Yes, I still have my Christmas cards up...they stay up til Valentine's Day :)

We're right in the middle of it here in eastern Washington. I know a lot of people complain about the cold but it doesn't bother me at all. Because I know it won't last long and then we'll have beautiful spring, summer & fall. We really do have awesome seasons here. I love it :)
We haven't had real snow in a couple weeks so any snow that has lingered is now frozen over. We don't have too many days above freezing right now which definitely means warming up the truck before heading off to school.
We've had a bunch of fog the last week but we've also had days where the sun shines which is really nice.
It's definitely been snuggle on the couch with some hot chocolate weather :)
